Each year, CABL partners with the Law Society of Upper Canada to plan a Black History Month (BHM) Event.

The BHM Planning Committee is responsible for planning the BHM Event, including determining the topic,  finding and engaging the speakers and generally developing the highly successful Black History Month (BHM) program, with the Law Society.

CABL's Annual General Meeting was held on January 28, 2017.  We elected four members to our vacated positions.  At the AGM, the following positions were filled:

Immediate Past President - Donna Walwyn
Director of Membership - Maureen Bennett-Henry
Director of Professional Development - Verlyn Francis
