May 7, 2020 – Mindfulness: Tuning In with Dr. Jennifer Boyce (http://www.getinflow.ca)
This was a helpful workshop in mindfulness. Dr. Boyce led us through two demonstrations. Mindfulness will help us center ourselves as we experience stress and anxiety. It allows us an opportunity to slow down the world for a few minutes to relax.
