Background

William (Will) Onyeaju practices in the areas of commercial and civil litigation, bankruptcy and insolvency litigation, debtor/creditor disputes, banking litigation, and enforcement of security at Spetter Zeitz Klaiman PC. In his commercial litigation practice, Will has acted for financial institutions (national and international), real estate developers, construction companies, small businesses, and individuals. Will is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School. During his time at law school, Will won the 2018 Canadian National Debate Championship and was an intern at the United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in Geneva, Switzerland. Will’s educational background also includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law and a Master of Arts degree in Political Science, specializing in African Studies, both from Carleton University. Outside of the office, Will enjoys travelling, practicing the banjo, and frequenting Toronto’s performing arts scene.
