Rebecca Barclay Nguinambaye

Rebecca is an associate at Fasken Martineau LLP, a full-service firm. Rebecca worked in a variety of legal clinics in Vancouver and Toronto during her law degree in practice areas from immigration and refugee law to worker’s compensation and Indigenous issues. She has sat on the editorial board of two student-run legal journals and the Journal of International Affairs at UBC.

Rebecca is a graduate of the University of Toronto Faculty of Law where she was BLSA President and spent a year as a visiting student at the Peter A. Allard School of Law in BC where she was BLSA co-President. Prior to completing her Juris Doctor, Rebecca obtained her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations at UBC.
