Background

Rosemary Osasere is an astute internationally trained lawyer, called to the Nigeria Bar in 2008 and the Nova Scotia Bar in 2017. She holds a Diploma in Social Work and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Benin, Nigeria, as well as a Master of Business Management from University College Dublin, Ireland.

Rosemary practiced law in Nigeria for several years and currently works as Principal Counsel at Rehoboth Law, where she provides legal services primarily on family and child protection matters. She is passionate about working collaboratively with others to make an impact in the community and actively participates in various community events and initiatives in Halifax and Sydney. She is a member of the Gender Equity Committee of the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society and volunteers with other community organizations.
