Sotonye is a litigation counsel with the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia. She was admitted to the Law Society of BC in 2020 and the Nigerian Bar in 2008. Sotonye practiced commercial litigation in Nigeria and graduated from the LL.M program at UBC law in 2012. She has primarily worked in the public sector in business management and as counsel.
