Tasha Lorenzen-Ewing

Tasha (she/her) is a second-year call and currently works as in-house counsel for the Hospital Employees’ Union. Tasha obtained her Juris Doctor from Thompson Rivers University during which time she was a Programs Manager for Pro Bono Students Canada for two years, participated in the TRU Community Legal Clinic, and was President of the Black Law Students’ Association. Prior to law school, Tasha earned her Masters in Gerontology and worked with seniors in the non-profit sector.

Tasha is also currently on the BC Canadian Bar Association’s Elder Law Section executive and is a member of the Sexual and Gender Diversity Alliance. She looks forward to continuing to participate in public interest and access to justice initiatives.
